Action for Happiness

Action for Happiness brings people together and provides practical resources. We help each other learn evidence-based skills for happier living, feel a sense of belonging and commit to personal action to create more happiness, for ourselves and others.

Childline

Childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they're going through. You can talk about anything. Whether it's something big or small, our trained counsellors are here to support you. Childline is free, confidential and available any time, day or night.

Rethink

We improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through our network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. Our goal is to make sure everyone severely affected by mental illness has a good quality of life.

The Anna Freud Foundation

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families has developed and delivered pioneering mental health care for over 60 years. Its aim is to transform current mental health provision in the UK by improving the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of treatment.

Kooth

Kooth offers emotional and mental health support for children and young people aged between 11 and 24. On Kooth, qualified counsellors are online seven days a week to provide young people using the service with online counselling, through chat-based messaging via drop-in or booked sessions.

Mind

We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

YoungMinds

YoungMinds provide a lifeline to thousands of families, advising and supporting them to understand their child's behaviour and secure the right help. Children and young people with mental health problems are at the heart of everything we do.

stem4

stem4 provides mental health literacy to students, parents/carers, education professionals, school nurses and GPs. stem4 educates through interactive conferences, our Head Ed educational videos and through our comprehensive website.

Early Intervention Foundation

The Early Intervention Foundation (EIF) is a charity established in 2013 to champion and support the use of effective early intervention to improve the lives of children and young people at risk of experiencing poor outcomes.
